(a) Design and implement performance management systems:
1. Develop and implement performance management policies, procedures, and tools in alignment with QCIs goals and practices.
2. Design performance appraisal forms, rating scales, and feedback mechanisms to facilitate employee performance evaluation.
(b) Define key result areas (KRAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs):
1. Collaborate with departmental managers and stakeholders to define key result areas (KRAs) and establish measurable key performance indicators (KPIs) for each role and function.
2. Ensure KRAs and KPIs are SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound).
(c) Develop objectives, goals, and key results (OCR): Work with HODs and employees to develop clear and actionable objectives, goals, and key results (OCR) that support the achievement of KRAs and KPIs.
(d) Performance evaluation and feedback: Coordinate the performance evaluation process, including scheduling appraisal meetings, collecting feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
(e) Data analysis and reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data and metrics to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Quality Council of India (QCI) is an autonomous body set up to establish an accreditation structure in India and to spread the quality movement by undertaking a national quality campaign. Our mission is to lead a quality movement in India for emphasis on adherence to quality standards in all spheres of activities. QCI was set up in 1997 by the Government of India, ASSOCHAM, CII, and FICCI. The Ministry of Commerce & Industry acts as a nodal point for all the matters connected to QCI.
