Key responsibilities:

1. Setting up internal policies for the company and setup HR SOPs and standards
2. Recruiting people as required by the company
3. Payroll - Collecting attendance from different locations and preparing the payroll
4. Making sure we follow the HR related compliance
5. Managing employee master database
6. Employee joining & exit formalities
7. Working on employee background checks
