Key responsibilities:

1. Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Support onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees
3. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately
4. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events
