Human Resources (HR) Specialist Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Knowledge in recruitment (job posting, sourcing, screening, front-line interviewing).
2. Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed, including induction and onboarding.
3. Maintain employee personnel records and manage leave.
4. Assist with all internal and external HR-related duties, including grievance handling.
5. Update internal databases with new hire information.
6. Support the monthly payroll process and have experience using spreadsheets.
7. Vendor management (insurance and others), and employee engagement-related activities.
8. Basic knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices.
9. Willingness to take on multiple tasks and responsibilities.
10. Provide administrative support to management and employees.
11. Maintain confidentiality with necessary information.
12. Mature, independent, and able to work with minimum supervision.
13. Record and present employee feedback at various stages, such as onboarding and exit.
