Job Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team at Satvam Nutrifoods Limited. This full-time position is based in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have between 4 to 6 years of experience in human resources management, bringing a wealth of knowledge in multiple HR domains to contribute to our company's growth and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in human resources management.
Expertise in Employee Relations (Mandatory skill).
Proven experience in Recruitment (Mandatory skill).
Knowledge of HR Compliance (Mandatory skill).
Strong background in Performance Management.
Experience in Training and Development.
Effective Conflict Resolution skills.
Ability to engage in Strategic Planning.
Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits administration.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure seamless hiring.
Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Manage employee benefits programs and ensure competitive compensation packages.
Provide decision support through HR metrics and strategic planning.
