Role & Responsibilities
Lead the Academic and Non-Academic functions in the respective multiple campuses of School.
Articulate a strategic vision for the school and the ability to lead and manage change to achieve that vision.
Design and deliver annual academic priorities and strategies in line with the organisations business plan.
Oversee the IGCSE / Cambridge curriculum in the campus.
Preferred Candidate Profile
10 + Years of experience in an educational leadership role, preferably as a Principal / Head of School.
In-depth knowledge and experience in the IGCSE / Cambridge Curriculum.
People management and creative conflict resolution.
