We are looking for passionate individuals who absolutely love bringing a film to life. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging film projects with a highly creative team.
Key Responsibilities:
a. 2D Animation:
1. Create 2D animations that align with STOM Productions' creative standards and project requirements.
2. Develop and execute character animation sequences, including body movements, facial expressions, and gestures.
3. Create walk cycles, run cycles, and other character movements that reflect natural and believable motion.
4. Collaborate with the animation team, directors, and other stakeholders to refine and adjust animations as needed.
5. Work with storyboards to bring scenes to life through animation.
6. Apply principles of animation such as timing, exaggeration, and anticipation to enhance the storytelling experience.

9. Add animations and video graphics using After Effects where needed.
10. Integrate appropriate soundtracks, dialogue, and special effects to enhance the emotional impact and narrative flow of the animation.
b. Illustration:
1. Create original artwork and illustrations that capture the essence of our stories and enhance the overall aesthetic of our projects.
2. Develop concept illustrations and visual elements that align with the project's vision.
3. Utilize software such as Photoshop and Illustrator to bring illustrations to life, ensuring they meet STOM Productions' creative standards.
4. Maintain consistency in style and visual continuity throughout the project.
5. Collaborate with animators, directors, and other stakeholders to ensure illustrations seamlessly integrate into the final product.
6. Rig characters for facial expressions and body movements, ensuring that rigs are user-friendly and easy to control for animators.
7. Design and build character rigs, including the skeletal system with joints, bones, and controls.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
2. Someone with an insatiable appetite for staying ahead of the curve in animation trends.
3. Should be able to work under tight deadlines.
4. Excellent eye for detail and the ability to maintain visual continuity throughout the film.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with a diverse team.
7. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome editing challenges.
8. Passion to learn and grow with the team.
9. Preferably Bangalore based.
Educational Qualification:
1. Graduate/Postgraduate in Visual Communication/Filmmaking
2. Diploma in Animation
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year
