About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Creating complete illustrations by combining hand-drawn and digitally created images (2d vector illustrations)
2. Brainstorming with the design team to come up with image ideas
3. Preparing and designing rough draft illustrations according to the storyboard
4. Refining image design using illustration software (Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop)
5. Enhancing the design concept using a wide range of colors and graphics
6. Applying complex isometric techniques to add perspective to design shapes
7. Ensuring that printed illustrations meet specified color and quality standards

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
