2. Document Preparation and Review: Prepare and file immigration forms, petitions, and applications with the USCIS, Department of Labor, and other government agencies
3. Legal Research: Conduct research on immigration laws, regulations, and policies to support case preparation
4. Compliance and Filing: Ensure all filings comply with immigration regulations and submission deadlines
5. Client Education: Educate clients on the immigration process, requirements, and expected timelines
