Immigration Consultant Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Counsel clients via phone or in person regarding permanent residency visa options for countries like Australia, Canada, etc.
2. Oversee daily operational functions of the branch.
3. Ensure adherence to all security procedures and maintain smooth branch operations.
4. Acquire new clients and maintain regular follow-ups with existing ones.
5. Manage the entire sales development lifecycle, with extensive experience in negotiation.
6. Build and sustain relationships with potential clients.
7. Ensure client satisfaction and meet their expectations.
8. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with all client information.
9. Supervise, coach, and develop staff on service expectations, policies, and procedures.
10. Collaborate as a team to allocate and coordinate work efficiently.
11. Represent the company professionally at various forums and events.
12. Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss goals, share company information, and address operational issues.
13. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
14. Achieve revenue and performance targets, both individually and for the branch.
15. Be self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
16. Adhere to all departmental and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
