1. Ensure the calls are closed on TAT
2. Document proper updates with clear ETA to avoid impact on uptime
3. Inform updates to respective Regional Bank Officials
4. Identify thorough and proper root causes to eradicate errors
5. Assist CRA/OEM in making the machine (ATM) operational, ensuring proper bucketing is done
6. Mentor junior team members
7. Possess 1-2 years of industry experience
