Key responsibilities:
1. Oversee the production process for 3D printing services, including job scheduling, material management, and quality control
2. Manage the manufacturing process for 3D printers, from assembly to testing and shipment
3. Develop and optimize production workflows to improve efficiency and reduce lead times
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, engineering, and sales to meet customer requirements and project deadlines
5. Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations
6. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
7. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization through the implementation of lean manufacturing principles
8. Provide technical support and training to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
9. Stay updated on the latest advancements in 3D printing technology and manufacturing processes

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
2. Proven experience in production engineering or manufacturing, preferably in the 3D printing industry
3. In-depth knowledge of additive manufacturing processes, including FDM, SLA, SLS
4. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and slicing software (e.g., Cura, Simplify3D)
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
6. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
7. Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
8. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical information
9. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
10. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
