About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy development: Create and implement the overall influencer marketing strategy, aligned with broader marketing goals and brand objectives.
2. Influencer identification: Research and identify key influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators that align with our target audience, brand image, and campaign goals.
3. Campaign execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and brand guidelines.
4. Negotiations: Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and compensation with influencers, ensuring fair partnerships and maximum ROI.
5. Content creation management: Work closely with influencers to develop authentic, creative content that resonates with their audience while promoting the brand effectively.
6. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., social media, PR, creative) to amplify influencer content across channels.
7. Performance tracking & analytics: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as engagement, reach, click-through rates, and conversions.
8. Generate reports to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
9. Relationship management: Build and nurture long-term partnerships with influencers, fostering brand loyalty and advocacy.
10. Stay updated on trends: Keep a pulse on trends, platform updates, and changes in influencer marketing to ensure campaigns are innovative and competitive.
11. Budget management: Manage influencer marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximization of campaign results.
