1. Collaborate as part of an international team
2. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Windows operating system, Microsoft 365 products, Active Directory, data backup, software distribution, mobile devices, network technology, and VPN technology
3. Serve as the first point of contact for IT support regarding incidents and service requests from colleagues in Germany and abroad
4. Apply and expand IT knowledge to assist employees across all areas of the company
5. Provide IT support in software and hardware issues in person, by telephone, or via remote support
6. Record errors and service requests from company colleagues at home and abroad
7. Qualify, prioritize, classify, and resolve IT requests
8. Manage user creation, administration, and authorization
9. Document standard solutions in the IT knowledge base
10. Act as an interface in IT projects to promote internationalization and standardization
11. Contribute ideas for the further development of support processes
