Key responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot and provide technical support to clients via email, chat, and telephone using Zoho Desk.
2. Coordinate with data center/partner/principal for resolution of technical issues.
3. Use, create, and update online knowledge-base articles for effective technical support to clients.
4. Acquire certification in competencies as per management instructions.

Areas of Focus:

1. Email: Google Workspace, and Zoho Workplace..
2. Hosting: Windows & Linux. GoDaddy Server, AWS Cloud Server.
3. Domain Name from GoDaddy.
4. SSL certificate from Comodo.
5. DNS from Cloudflare.
