Information Technology Engineer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Duties:
- Install, configure, and maintain company software applications
- Troubleshoot software issues and ensure proper updates and licensing
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system backups

2. Hardware Management:
- Oversee the procurement, setup, and maintenance of company hardware, including computers, mobile devices, and other equipment
- Diagnose and resolve hardware malfunctions promptly
- Maintain hardware inventory and manage warranties and replacements

3. Networking:
- Design, implement, and manage the company's network infrastructure
- Ensure secure and efficient operation of internal networks, VPNs, firewalls, and internet connectivity
- Troubleshoot network issues and optimize performance
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures

4. Technical Support:
- Provide timely and efficient IT support to employees, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
- Assist with IT training for staff members to improve proficiency in using IT resources
