INJECTION MOULDING OPERTAOR FOR PET Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare and set up injection molding machines, adjusting temperature, pressure, and parameters for specific products
2. Load raw plastic materials into machine hoppers, ensuring the correct material for each job
3. Operate machines, monitor the molding process, and ensure parts meet specifications, including cycle time management
4. Inspect finished products for defects such as warping, surface imperfections, and dimensional errors, and conduct strength and functionality tests
5. Identify and resolve issues such as material blockages, equipment malfunctions, and quality inconsistencies
6. Perform basic maintenance tasks like cleaning molds, lubricating components, and replacing worn parts for smooth operation
7. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
8. Maintain records of machine settings, production runs, and quality inspections to ensure compliance with requirements

Requirements:

1. Possess 3-4 years of experience in injection molding
2. Demonstrate knowledge of raw materials such as PET, PP, HDPE, LDPE, including their processing and pre-drying temperatures
3. Exhibit proficiency in PLC settings across various types of injection molding machines
4. Have expertise in mold loading and unloading procedures
5. Display knowledge of hot runner and cold runner mold systems
6. Be well-versed in 5S methodology and Kaizen practices
7. Possess a solid understanding of equipment such as HRTC, autoloaders, dehumidifiers, chillers, cooling towers, and mold temperature controllers (MTC)
