Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working in a blended process of both inbound and outbound
2. Providing knowledgeable answers to questions about our product, pricing, and availability by using the right resources within the company
3. Providing solutions for basic problems, working within the time limits provided and take ownership of issues
4. Providing the best and most professional customer experience to prospects and clients Identifying current and future customer product requirements and providing honest recommendations
5. Establishing rapport with prospects and actual customers
6. Cultivating healthy relationships with customers by handling complaints and escalations
7. Inviting customers to use our online platform to book a test ride of various EVs at home, purchase or service their EV in a comfort of their home
8. Coordinating with the operations team for end-to-end execution
9. Gaining insights into RideEV products and services and learning the intricacies of products sold and serviced by RideEV
10. Responding to customer complaints and providing order assistance and product information in an efficient and professional manner
