Inside Sales Associate - Sparq.ai Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold emailing and inbound lead follow-up
2. Research potential clients and develop detailed profiles for effective targeting
3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations via phone or online meetings
4. Understand customer needs and requirements, and propose suitable solutions
5. Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and revenue forecast to the sales manager
6. Number of qualified leads generated
7. Conversion rate of leads to sales
8. Sales revenue achieved
9. Customer satisfaction and retention rates

Requirements:

1. Loves to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions for the same
2. Would be among the first joiners
3. Enjoys the ups/highs of a sales profile
4. Disciplined about the sales process
5. Learn in a super fast-paced environment
