Inside Sales/Business Development Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate business opportunities.
2. Build relationships with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
3. Assist in preparing sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to attract clients.
4. Maintain and update CRM tools to track leads and follow-ups.
5. Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into business deals.
6. Stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Fresh graduates with a degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is a plus).
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
4. Basic knowledge of sales and business development concepts (training will be provided).
5. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
6. Ability to work in a team and independently to meet targets.
