Job Title: Inside Sales/Lead Generation Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly energetic and result-oriented Inside Sales / Lead Generation Executive with a strong background in CAD/CAM/CAE products. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, capable of generating leads and setting up meetings with top-level executives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling and lead-generation techniques
2. Call at least 10-15 prospects daily, digging out key contacts and qualifying leads
3. Initiate conversations with C-level executives to present solutions and drive interest
4. Schedule meetings for technical discussions and product demonstrations
5. Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and ensure follow-ups to keep them engaged
6. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales progress

Key Requirements:

1. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Lead Generation for CAD/CAM/CAE software solutions
2. Education: BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a solid understanding of CAE/Simulation technologies
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage high-level decision-makers
4. Ability to work independently and achieve targets while maintaining strong customer relationships
5. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
