Inside Sales Consultant - Diamond Counselor Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Empathy: Understand customer's pain points and help find the right product that they would be happy with
2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Varniya's lab-grown diamond jewelry, including their origins, unique features, and benefits over mined diamonds
Consultative Selling: Use your expertise to guide customers in selecting the perfect jewel
3. Building Relationships: Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through effective regular communication and follow-up
4. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets while consistently providing excellent service
5. Educational Webinars: Organize and participate in webinars, workshops and events to promote awareness and understanding of Varniya's grown diamonds
