About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate new business leads through various channels such as email, phone, and social media
2. Qualify and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities
3. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations remotely
4. Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients
5. Manage and update customer information in the CRM database
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion
7. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Who can apply:

1. Any branch of graduate and postgraduate are welcome
2. Candidates will be shortlisted if they have 75% in two courses and 60% in one course (exceptions can be given to candidates with 60% throughout with > 1-year experience)

We are looking to hire candidates (freshers/experienced) from any graduate/post-graduate courses for the roles of sales executive and relationship manager. The candidates should be proficient in English and Hindi (multilingual is also preferred), have knowledge of MS Excel, and have experience (if any) in the e-commerce sector (minimum 6 months-1 year) would be preferred, but not mandatory.

1. Address: Ground Floor, MSR Building, Opposite Aishwarya Mart, Sarjapura Road, Bangalore 560035
2. Working days- 6 (No week-off on weekends)
3. Shift type- Day Shift
4. Location- Bangalore

Salary Offered:

1. UG - CTC offered: 4,80,000 LPA (3,00,000 LPA Fixed+1,80,000 Variable)
2. PG - CTC offered: 5,10,000 LPA (3,30,000 LPA Fixed+1,80,000 Variable)
3. Any candidate with a minimum of 6 months- 1-year experience: CTC offered: 5,10,000 LPA (3,30,000 LPA Fixed+1,80,000 Variable)
