Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage client portfolios
2. Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value
3. Generate new leads through various online sources
4. Hold product demonstrations for customers
5. Follow the sales process from leads to closure
6. Schedule and follow up for client demos
7. Manage all resellers/distributors for closures
8. Onboard new resellers
9. Mediate between clients and the organization
10. Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints
11. Aid in product design and product development
