About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work in sync with the solution development team to understand the client's requirements and deliver to client objectives as a part of POC or demo
2. Work on cold calling, lead generation, opportunity identification, and development in unexplored markets
3. Work on profile customer and target accounts, map executive structures, and corporate solutions identify qualified opportunities within divisions and secure appointments
4. Conduct research on the companies being prospected and also competitor's analysis
5. Investigate and qualify all incoming contacts that arise through the web, event-based and marketing campaigns, and targeted outbound activity
6. Prospect into target accounts to find new revenue opportunities
7. Develop an effective strategy to articulate the CRM value proposition
8. Work on the generation of leads by pitching for sales and setting up appointments
9. Manage the prospect to quote sales cycle
10. Maintain and update the customer and prospect data
11. Assist and make recommendations to the business development manager for client account planning
12. Report weekly metrics to the business manager

Requirements:

1. Should have rich experience/inclination in client interface with CIOs/CTOs and sales heads
2. Candidate with CRM industry knowledge would be an added advantage
3. Technical bent of mind and astute eagerness in learning more and understand high-end technology solutions like CRM, ERP, and BPM
4. Key account management skills for building a business from existing accounts with cross-sell/upsell functions
5. Excellent communication (verbal and written) with strong PR skills
6. Strong presentation skills for high-end solutions like CRM, ERP, BPM & enterprise solutions
7. Should be able to work in a standalone independent environment or in a group
8. Willing to travel extensively and always ready to meet new challenges
9. Since the role involves a lot of client interaction, we would prefer a candidate with sound technology foundation to understand client objectives and the ecosystem to give alternate ways to achieve the desired results
10. Experience/Inclination in IT software sales (direct sales B2B)

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 6,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 70%

2. Variable component: 15%
