About the job
We are looking for a talented and competitive inside sales representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand customer needs and requirements for provided leads generated internally
2. Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
3. Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
4. Maintain and expand your database of prospects with emails
5. Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
6. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

Requirements: Any degree with good communication skills and best nurturing skills will be preferred

Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 10,000 - 11,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 2.5 - 3.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
