Key responsibilities:

1. Directly impact revenue generation and consult patients about the service through structured discussions
2. Understand patient profiles and problems and resolve their queries to explain the benefits of our services
3. Hand-hold the patients throughout their journey for a better experience
4. Directly impact revenue generation by advising patients about the services through structured discussions and convincing them for surgeries
5. Be sensitive to a patient's needs and guide them throughout their journey
6. Coordinate with different departments and juggle multiple tasks to achieve the desired result
7. Own up the responsibility and plan weekly and monthly targets

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%
