About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and other telesales techniques.
- Conduct market research to generate leads and gather information on potential clients.

2. Sales Activities:
- Present and promote our products/services to prospective customers over the phone and via email.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads to close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

4. Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead status in CRM systems.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and other key metrics.

5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other relevant teams to align sales strategies and achieve company objectives.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Experience:
Proven experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in a similar industry.

Skills:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
3. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
4. Good organizational and time-management skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
