About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing the sales funnel.
2. Coordinating with the sales team and channel partners.
3. Helping the sales team/stakeholders improve productivity through regular communication with customers and analyzing reports.
4. Engaging in an initial call with the prospect before passing the conversation to the respective stakeholders.
5. Handling inbound/outbound calls on sales leads and pitches to convert interested prospects into customers.
6. Assuring quality of sales.
7. Monitoring the team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
8. Answering sales calls and providing necessary information.
9. Ability to handle customer queries successfully.
10. Ability to review and recommend changes to sales processes.

Skill(s) required

Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel Sales

Who can apply
