Inside Sales Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist prospective leads in understanding the course in detail and convert them to take up the course
2. Conduct career counseling for prospective leads and help them choose the right course to build their career
3. Prepare short-term and long-term sales plans for reaching assigned goals/targets
4. Deliver excellent customer service by communicating with prospective students and utilizing reference materials, as needed
5. Convert leads received through various marketing channels
6. Assist prospective students with questions or concerns while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude
7. Generate sales that meet or exceed individual targets
8. Identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
9. Attend sales meetings to stay abreast of new services, changes within the industry, and changes within Excel
10. Manage customer relations post-sales, ensuring the highest customer satisfaction
