About the job

A PCD and third-party inside sales executive is responsible for calling prospective customers and promoting pharmaceutical products manufactured by our Pharma company. The job requires making cold calls to generate leads, explaining product details, and closing sales deals over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Making outbound calls to prospective customers and generating leads.
2. Contacting existing customers to gather feedback and understand their requirements.
3. Promoting PCD and Third Party Products and explaining product features and benefits to customers.
4. Building rapport with customers and handling objections, if any.
5. Closing sales deals over the phone and meeting sales targets.
6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
7. Coordinating with other teams such as marketing and sales to ensure smooth operations.
8. Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.

Other requirements

Requirements:

1. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences or related field preferred

2. Proven 1 years experience as a sales representative or similar role

3. Ability to persuade and influence customers

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Good understanding of pharma products and the PCD and Third Party pharma industry

6. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

7. Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office

8. High level of professionalism and customer service orientation

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

10. Good communication skills in English.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
