Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Inside Sales Executive - Retail to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will employ effective sales techniques and product knowledge to engage customers and drive retail sales.

Qualifications and Skills
Sales techniques (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in various sales techniques to effectively sell products.
Product knowledge (Mandatory skill): Thorough understanding of product features and benefits to inform and persuade customers.
Communication skills (Mandatory skill): Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
Customer service: Ability to provide outstanding customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Negotiation skills: Skilled in negotiating terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements with customers.
CRM software proficiency: Experience using Customer Relationship Management software to manage customer interactions and data.
Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently.
Time management: Efficient time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers via phone calls and emails to understand their needs.
Utilize various sales techniques to persuade customers and close sales.
Monitor inventory levels and stay updated with product knowledge to inform and assist customers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using CRM software.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Report sales activities and outcomes to the sales manager on a regular basis.
