Pre-sales Engagement:

Demos for potential clients on the value and features of WhatsApp Business API and other Caprus Digital services.
Deliver customized, interactive product demonstrations tailored to client-specific use cases.
Identify and qualify potential leads through social media platforms, telecalling, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations.
Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and track progress using CRM tools.
Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of WhatsApp Business API solutions.
Coordinate with internal technical teams to address client-specific requirements.
Provide ongoing support during the transition to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Stay abreast of CPaaS trends and advancements, particularly related to WhatsApp Business API, Cloud PBX, and RCS solutions.
Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or pre-sales, preferably within the CPaaS or digital communication space.
Strong understanding of WhatsApp Business API functionalities and use cases.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
Hands-on experience with lead generation via social media platforms and telecalling. Preferable Females only
