Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for driving inbound sales and cold calling to generate new business opportunities. This full-time role requires strong communication skills, especially for international calling and inbound sales.

Qualifications and Skills
Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on international calling (Mandatory skill).
Proven track record in inbound sales, with the ability to convert leads to customers (Mandatory skill).
Experience in cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
Previous experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales role.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through inbound activities.
Engage with potential customers through cold calling and follow-ups.
Maintain and expand the customer database within the assigned territory.
Provide product information of our software solutions to prospective clients.
Meet and exceed demo targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
