Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist HOD in sales strategy development.
2. Help the HOD with supervision, accountability, and review of the team.
3. Set daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets and ensure delivery.
4. Responsible for the performance and development of team members.
5. Formulation and submission of timely reports.
6. Discover training needs and provide coaching.
7. Listen to team member's feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
8. Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
9. Knowledge of Performance Metrics, KPI, KRA, Scorecard, etc.
