Must Have : Adobe Captivate

Develop learning objectives as per the understanding from the client/SMEs discussions, and ensure the content design is in alignment with these objectives.
ii. Perform in-depth analysis of the content and requirements shared by the Client.
iii. Use instructional design techniques and strategies to develop design documents, storyboards, presentations, worksheets, job aids, assessments, scripts, and other e-learning material as required.
iv. Rephrase content as required to meet the e-learning needs; suggest the appropriate e-learning methodology including but not limited to web-based learning, micro-learning, video modules, animations, interactive play books.
v. Create innovative and engaging e-learning storyboards for the intended audience, after incorporating new-age and leading best practices.
vi. Coordinate with the concerned SME/client for e-learning script and content validation; make necessary modifications as suggested.
vii. Develop courses using Adobe Captivate tools.
