Instructional Designer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design and develop instructional materials for corporate and educational clients, including e-learning courses, simulations, and interactive modules
2. Collaborate with subject-matter experts, graphic designers, and animators to create engaging and effective learning content
3. Apply instructional design principles and best practices to create learner-centric experiences that meet project objectives and learning goals
4. Develop interactive e-learning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software
5. 2-5 years of instructional design experience, preferably in the e-learning industry
6. Strong understanding of instructional design theories and methodologies
7. Experience with e-learning authoring tools and multimedia development software
8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
9. Effective communication and collaboration skills
