Instructional Designer Job

Are you a fresher who has just completed an instructional design course and possesses exceptional English skills, both written and verbal? Are you passionate about starting your career in the eLearning industry? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Key responsibilities:

1. Design and develop instructional materials for corporate and educational clients, including e-learning courses, simulations, and interactive modules
2. Collaborate with subject-matter experts, graphic designers, and animators to create engaging and effective learning content
3. Apply instructional design principles and best practices to create learner-centric experiences that meet project objectives and learning goals
4. Develop interactive e-learning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software
5. 2-5 years of instructional design experience, preferably in the e-learning industry
6. Strong understanding of instructional design theories and methodologies
7. Experience with e-learning authoring tools and multimedia development software
8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
9. Effective communication and collaboration skills
