Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed targets
2. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
3. Lead a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotions
5. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the game
6. Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to management
7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Note:
1. Fixed salary: Rs. 25000 CTC to Rs. 33000 CTC per month
2. Minimum experience: 1 year in sales
3. Per month + unlimited incentive + career growth
