Insurance Sales Trainer Job

As an insurance sales trainer, the candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the sales capabilities of our insurance agents. They need to work closely with sales managers and other stakeholders to identify training needs, create training materials, conduct training sessions, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing others.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver training programs for sales representatives in the insurance sector
2. Assess training needs and develop relevant training materials and resources
3. Conduct workshops, seminars, and presentations to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
4. Collaborate with sales managers and other stakeholders to identify training gaps and areas for improvement
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics
6. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to incorporate into training sessions
7. Maintain training records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes

Eligibility criteria:

1. Candidates must hold a minimum graduate degree from a recognized institution
2. Must have experience of working in the BFSI sector, preferably in sales or training
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and training
4. Should possess excellent presentation and communication skills
5. Age should not be more than 45 years
6. Previous experience in delivering training sessions
7. Working experience in the insurance sector
8. Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus
