Interior Designer And Property Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Meeting online with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
2. Researching local laws in various countries so that all designs meet local legislation, including fire alarm systems, housing regulation laws, etc.
3. Developing creative and practical designs that meet the needs of the client
4. Calling the people related to the project or the task you will be working upon
5. Creating detailed drawings, 3D models, and other visual presentations to illustrate the proposed design
6. Producing detailed cost estimates for materials and labor with an emphasis on understanding and minimizing complete costs (Excel skills are required; you will be required to research local suppliers in various countries and find suppliers for the right materials needed to complete the project from start to finish)
7. Negotiating with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure the project is delivered on time and to budget
8. Monitoring the construction process to ensure that the design is being implemented correctly
9. Developing and creating cutting-edge interior designs for residential spaces
10. Utilizing excellent space planning and problem-solving skills to create unique and functional designs
11. Collaborating with other designers and contractors to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
12. Preparing sketches, drawings, and 3D models for presentation to clients
13. Researching new materials and techniques to incorporate into designs
14. Negotiating with vendors to acquire materials at cost-effective prices
15. Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards
16. Organizing all the information and research compiled to show ideas for storyboarding
