1. Take requirements, prepare minutes, and communicate internally and with the client
2. Work on creating effective PowerPoint presentations/mood boards and design presentations keeping the client's taste, aesthetic, and overall budget in mind
3. Work on 2D AutoCAD layouts, and be able to create working drawings with a sound sense of nomenclature, dimensioning, hatching, lettering, overall presentation, etc.
4. Work on 3D using Google SketchUp/equivalent tool
5. Create renders, if and when required
6. Work on becoming a great learner, pushing the envelope, and leading a team of interns under you
7. Learn new software pertaining to helping acquire new clients
8. Lead the process from proposal to conversion and thereafter from design development up to the execution
