Key responsibilities:

1. Work to own the sales funnel & drive sales closure
2. Assist with customer experience during a project
3. Lead and own the quality & accuracy of design deliverables
4. Work to own end to end project lifecycle
5. Drive and lead the design meetings with the customers
6. Create designs based on conversations with a client
7. Work to maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best idea for the client

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Ghaziabad, Jaipur, Noida and neighboring cities

Other requirements

Graduation/relevant diploma and 15 years of academic education

Led and delivered a minimum of 5 to 6 residential projects

Hold excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD

Hold design expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, mood board)

Technical design (material knowledge, execution and drawing preparation)

Modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)

Civil works & services (specifications & installation details)

Hold project expertise in creating BoQ for customers, coordinating with internal & external agencies

Holds sales expertise in sales closure by way of logical & trusted sales pitches

Holds behavioral attributes of result-oriented, teamwork, integrity & ethics, crisp & meaningful communication

Holds a high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
