1. Create designs and layouts for various projects
2. Meet with the client to understand the client's objectives and desires
3. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and teams to address client's needs
4. Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for clients
5. Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
6. Release drawings & project deliverables timely
7. Site execution for realizing drawings into projects
8. Prepare time schedule chart
9. Prepare plan layouts (floor plans), moodboard, as per the design
10. Preparing detailed drawings like electrical, false ceiling, working drawings, etc (as per design checklist) to be released to site agencies for execution
11. Prepare BoQ & specifications to be released for purchasing materials
12. Ensure timely submission of drawings/documents (as per time schedule chart) to avoid project delays
13. Visit sites to ensure work is happening as per drawings
14. Accompany in material selection visits with the client
15. Develop skills and business knowledge to grow into a senior designer
1. Bachelor's degree in related field. Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch up, and Microsoft Office suite.
