5. Working closely with product engineers and manufacturing teams to ensure design integrity, feasibility, and cost-effectiveness throughout the development process.
6. Selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and textures to enhance the visual appeal and durability of furniture designs, considering factors such as sustainability and environmental impact.
7. Participating in prototype reviews, design critiques, and product testing sessions to evaluate design concepts and iterate on improvements.
8. Staying updated on emerging design trends, industry innovations, and technological advancements relevant to furniture design and interior architecture.
9. Providing design support for marketing initiatives, including photo shoots, product catalogs, and promotional materials.
10. Collaborating with external partners such as suppliers, vendors, and design agencies to source materials, components, and design services as needed.
11. Visiting customer sites to understand their specific requirements, assess spatial constraints, and provide personalized design recommendations.

Other requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in interior design- furniture design, architecture, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Freshers or experience (2-3 years) working as an interior designer in the furniture manufacturing industry, or open to freshers with exceptional skills and a strong portfolio.
3. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools.
4. Solid understanding of furniture construction techniques, materials, and manufacturing processes.
5. Excellent visual and spatial awareness, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
