Interior Designer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Interior Design & Space Planning: Lead the design of interior spaces for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with local codes and regulations.
2. Collaboration with Architects: Work alongside architects to develop cohesive interior designs that align with architectural concepts, building systems, and structural requirements.
3. Material and Finish Selection: Curate and recommend materials, finishes, and color schemes that reflect the project's vision, budget, and client preferences.
4. 3D Modeling & Visualization: Create detailed 3D renderings, mood boards, and interior layouts to communicate design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
5. Client Interaction: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and vision for the space, ensuring their expectations are met throughout the design process.
6. Sustainability & Budget Management: Incorporate sustainable design practices and materials while adhering to project budgets and timelines.
7. Project Coordination: Coordinate with other project teams, including construction managers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure smooth execution of design elements from concept to completion.
8. Construction Documentation: Produce detailed drawings and specifications, including floor plans, elevations, and millwork details, for interior construction.
9. Quality Control & Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, assess quality, and ensure design integrity during construction.
