Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with our team to develop innovative design concepts for our cafes that align with our brand identity and customer preferences.
2. Utilize your expertise in AutoCAD and Google SketchUp to create detailed floor plans, renderings, and 3D models of proposed designs.
3. Source and select furniture, fixtures, and finishes that complement the overall design aesthetic and meet budget requirements.
4. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution of design plans and timely completion of projects.
5. Conduct on-site visits to assess progress, address any design challenges, and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
6. Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance your design skills and offer cutting-edge solutions.
7. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the design process to ensure alignment on project goals and outcomes.
