About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Creating 3D models and 2D drawings of building elements using computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD and other 3D software
2. Exceptional AutoCAD knowledge and drafting skills
3. Develop detailed CAD drawings and elevations
4. Knowledge about interior elements and building structures
5. Formulate design that is practical, aesthetic & conducive to intended purposes
6. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Photoshop, and any 3d software
7. Preparing BOQ
8. Site Visits
9. Site measurements
10. Ensure quality of design Timeline management
11. Draft Layouts
12. Extreme attention to detail
13. Should possess good communication and presentation skills

Probation:
