About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on high-end residential projects in Bombay
2. Manage design themes
3. Work on project management, visiting sites to carry out supervision of work in coordination with vendors and other consultants
4. Make working drawings, shop drawings, conceptual presentations, and 3D representations

Skills & Requirements:

1. Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up/3ds Max, and Photoshop
2. Applicants should have site experience; male candidates are preferred
3. Must be able to communicate effectively with vendors
4. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience is required
5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
