Job description CREATIVE DESIGNER/ DESIGN LEAD The title is too formal compared to the work that you'd be doing. You would be an ever prominent friend to all; most of all to customers. The ability to express your thoughts and ideas succinctly and help customers with their imagination is a must for you to have. You better be an analytical and immensely creative being. BACKGROUND IN INTERIOR DESIGNING AND PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN SALES AND CRM IS A MUST B-Arch/BBA/MBA is preferred Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them Approach potential customers to establish relationships Gain solid knowledge of competitors Knowledge of reading oor plans and layouts are added advantage Creating quotations and estimates based on customer requirements Passion for sales and prior experience in sales with proven results. Preferable real estate, institutional, hospitality, and high-end automobile sales. Experience in any client servicing role Make an effective sales pitch/presentation, in terms of ideas and use tools like Excel and PowerPoint Quick on the feet attitude Good communication skills, written and oral Good interpersonal skills Industry Architecture & Planning Employment Type Full-time
